CDS TUNNEL DRYERS FOR SANITARYWARE PIECES
The key features of the dryer include:
- An advanced engineering structural design that promotes a high thermal efficiency and perfect air-tight sealing.
- The dryer will accept all forms of transportation systems, motorised cars with chain drives, overhead conveyors with hanging baskets, car pushing systems with caterpillar drives, roller conveyors with pallet mounted ware skids using pneumatic or
hydraulic pushers. - Drying cycles range from: 7 hours – Tanks
10 hours – Washbasins
12 hours – WC’s
Fully mixed ware – 12 hours - High thermal efficiencies of around 850 to 950 kcals per kg of water removed.
